4777bt Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 4777bt website, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software provided in connection with the 4777bt gaming services.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, deposits funds, or participates in any game or betting market offered by 4777bt.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 4777bt platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 4777bt uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account registrations. Where a duplicate account is identified, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, all bonus funds will be voided, and any withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending investigation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while it is logged in — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your sole responsibility. Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Once KYC is approved, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within one to three hours during regular processing hours (08:00–22:00 BST). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed on the next available processing cycle.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in the same name as the 4777bt player account.
• 4777bt reserves the right to request additional documentation if a withdrawal triggers an internal security or fraud review.
• Pending withdrawals may be cancelled by the player from within the account management section before they are processed, at which point the funds are returned to the Real Money Balance.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• 4777bt reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to wagering on games excluded from wagering contribution, using prohibited betting patterns, or opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.

All games and betting markets available on the 4777bt platform are governed by the rules of the respective game provider (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) as well as these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between provider rules and these Terms, these Terms take precedence to the extent permissible.

Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets are offered at odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where an obvious pricing error (palpable error) is identified by 4777bt. In such cases, 4777bt reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the stake to the player's Real Money Balance.

Live Casino: All live casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant game studio. Results are final once confirmed by the game interface. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not constitute grounds for a bet refund unless the platform can confirm that the round was not completed due to a server-side failure originating from 4777bt's infrastructure.

• Players must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or use of software tools (bots, automated betting scripts) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Players must not exploit software bugs or interface errors. Any winnings derived from an identified bug are subject to reversal.

• Maximum bet limits per game and per market are set by 4777bt and displayed in the relevant game interface. Bets placed above the stated maximum may be reduced to the stated maximum without prior notice.

4777bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of underage gambling or registration on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.
• Engagement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Chargebacks initiated against 4777bt through any payment provider.
• Use of VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• At the request of the player via our self-exclusion or responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining may be forfeited at 4777bt's discretion. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player fault, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their last-used payment method within ten (10) business days.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 4777bt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

4777bt collects and processes personal data submitted during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing use of the Platform in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties.
